About the project

Doc.com is a company committed to improving universal access to primary health care services. Being pioneers in a new model, eliminates many of the barriers to access such as time, location and cost. Doc.com is capable of responding medical questions that can be solved with medical advice, meaning any type of concerns addressed by a health professional without the need of a complete medical consultation.

More project information

Doc.com targets people who do not have access to basic health services, men and women between 25-35 years, throughout the Spanish-speaking world: Latin America (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela), the Caribbean.

Doc.com has 2 applications, one that offers a medical orientation service (Doc Health) and another one that offers psychological support (Doc Emotions). These complementary services are a revolution in the health industry. It is the first private initiative in the world that offers access to a family physician or psychological counselor, free-of-charge in this format and available 24 hours a day. Every medical consultation is provided by a licensed certified health professional, committed to our mission. Thanks to internationally approved protocols and medical guidelines, people from all over the world will soon be able to access to the platform to receive the help they need.

Doc.com offers new options for treating patients, including new therapy methods to address situations such as fear, trauma, etc.
